- Baritone RYAN BEDE has appeared with numerous area opera organizations and is quickly establishing himself as an exciting young artist. The News Tribune recently heralded his baritone voice as "beautiful to hear" for his performances as Captain Corcoran in "HMS Pinafore". During the 2012-13 season, he returns to Tacoma Opera for Zuniga in "La tragedie de Carmen" and Marquis d'Obigny in "La Traviata". He is a graduate of both the University of Washington and the University of Puget Sound, where he now serves on the Community Music faculty.
